Yes. All ATEN Skincare products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and neither do our suppliers.

Orders & Shipping

Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. View our returns policy here.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us with photographic or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in line with EU consumer protection regulations.
