1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our fulfilment centre.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

United Kingdom

We only ship to mainland addresses within these countries. At this time, we do not deliver to offshore islands, remote regions, territories, P.O. Boxes, or package forwarding services.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

European Union

  • Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia): 4–6 business days

  • Central Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc.): 5–8 business days

  • Southern & Eastern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, etc.): 7–10 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.

5. TAXES AND DUTIES

European Union

All prices include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax). No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. ATEN Skincare has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

ATEN Skincare is responsible for the delivery of the order until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.

In any case, delivery will be completed within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely provided addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@atenskincare.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

If a package is confirmed lost, ATEN Skincare will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

In the case of damaged or defective products, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
